The meals on the 22nd, 23rd and 30th August 2010 and on the 31st August will be on the athletes charge. In case of desistance or declassification, the organization of the Round will supply transportation to Funchal, but the meals will be on the athletes charge;

The accommodation will be in schools and carrying a sleeping bag and mattress is compulsory.

The athletes that apply for accommodation in hotels from the 22nd to the 30th of August will be charged the amount of € 430,00 Euros for single room and € 660,00 Euros for double room. This condition is guaranteed as long as confirmed until the 1st of July.

The meals will be provided by the canteen of the schools, except in the municipalities of Ribeira Brava and Seixal. The organization will not be responsible for the transportation and meals for the athletes or teams guests, that eventually want to follow the Round.

The Canoes should have two watertight compartments resistant to the undulation ( 2 to 3 meters), water pomp and paddle. The use of life-jacket and petticoat is compulsory.

The inscriptions will end on the 13/08/10. It should be done through the inscription chart of the F.P.C. available on the web site www.madeiraemcanoa.com and sent to the Centro Treino Mar’s office attaching a copy of the federative license. These will only be accepted through the payment of the inscription tax of €105,00 for K1 and €160,00 for K2. Beyond this date, new inscriptions will only be accepted upon payment of an over tax of 100%. The inscriptions will be limited to 60 vessels. Rental of Canoes: Sea K1 - €60,00; Sea K2 - €120,00. The Organization will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused on loaned items;

The transportation of the vessels will be free of charge between Lisbon and Funchal up to 01/08/10. The return trip will occur from the 08/09/10. From this date on, the Organization will not be responsible for their transportation;

The Organization will supply transportation between the Rounds starting point as well as accommodation when the distance so imposes. The transfers between the airport and the city of Funchal are guaranteed from the 20/08/10 to the 31/08/10;

Updated Federative License is compulsory.
